Early and late drop-off or pick-up may be available for an additional charge.

  • We understand that leaving your dog somewhere new isn’t always easy.

Our goal is to create an environment that feels calm, structured, and safe. Every dog receives individual attention, daily time outside of their kennel, and care tailored to their needs so they can settle in comfortably.

  • Each pet will receive a daily report card. You can access that through your portal login and will receive it through text or email.

Q: Safety & Health

  • For the safety of all dogs in our care, the following vaccinations are required:

    • Kennels extend to the ceiling, giving each dog their own space

    • Dogs are not sharing kennel space unless they come from the same home and are staying in a suite

    • Our facility is designed to be clean, secure, and structured

    • We have a standing relationship with an on-call veterinarian, Dr. Eberhart

  • If your pet becomes sick during their stay, we will attempt to contact you first, followed by your emergency contact if needed. Depending on the situation, if we are unable to reach you, we will use our discretion to contact our on-call veterinarian. Any veterinary care will be at the owner’s expense.

  • Dogs are supervised during all play and activity times. We are on-site and hands-on throughout the day, making sure each dog is safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Q: Daycare & Group Play

    • Male dogs over 7 months of age must be neutered to participate in daycare playgroups

    • Dogs that are not neutered may still board but will not participate in group play

    • Female dogs in heat are not able to attend daycare but are welcome to board

  • All dogs participating in daycare or group play are required to complete a Ranch Readiness Check (RRC) This is a playgroup compatibility evaluation during their first visit. This helps us safely place your dog in the right group based on size and activity level.

  • If your dog doesn’t do well in group play, that’s okay. Not every dog enjoys that environment. We will adjust their stay to include individual time outside of their kennel, where they can stretch, play, and spend one-on-one time with a person.

  • No. When they first arrive they will be assigned a kennel for the day. After everyone is check-in we will have our first group play. Then they will retreat back to their kennels for water and rest. We guarantee 3 hours a day of group play.
